BodyBlast's Lean Mass Program is designed to maximize your exoskeletal tissue and muscular strength.

 

Is this program right for me?

This program is for you if you are interested in muscle growth and definition. This program is designed for those who have less than 25 pounds of body fat to lose and want to gain 10 or more pounds of lean body mass.


How the program works:

Once a BodyBlast trainer assesses your fitness level and goals, the BodyBlast team uses cutting-edge nutrition and resistance-training techniques to increase your muscle growth. Every step of your progress is monitored by our team.

As you continue to follow your program, not only will your body change, but you will learn to keep these positive changes for the rest of your life. BodyBlast programs are meant to reach your fitness goals as well as maintain your new physique.
