Stephen Williamson

Stephen Williamson, a certified elite trainer and fitness expert, is the founder of BodyBlast. Stephen pulled from his education and experience and combined it with his dedication of helping others to form the Body Transformations programs. Stephen's knowledge and energy has encouraged many clients to not only succeed, but go beyond their goals.

Dan Rogers

Dan Rogers is a certified elite trainer who specializes in high intensity training and holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from SUNY Cortland. Dan enjoys fitness development and coaching his clients through their dietary struggles.

Nick Dimond

Nick Dimond holds a B.S. in Exercise and Nutritional Sciences from Butler University. As a former Division 1 lacrosse player Nick enjoys coaching clients of all ages and athletic backgrounds.

Celeste Starankovic

Celeste Starankovic is BodyBlast's Head In-Home Personal Trainer. Celeste has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry specializing in In-Home Personal Training and Group Fitness Training. In addition to her Personal Training she is a Certified Spin, Step, and Aerobic Instructor. Celeste has an extensive dance background giving her a great eye for form and providing her clients with the best possible and safe work-out!

Matthew Cross

Matthew Cross is an A.A.A.I. certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist. Matthew specializes in functional stabilization and resistance training. Matthew enjoys helping others achieve a mind and body connection.

Mike Greenspan

Mike Greenspan is a consultant on the BodyBlast team. Mike has a degree in Chemistry and applies his science background to his passion for fitness and nutrition. Mike has experience working with several professional athletes and has been a great resource in the development of some of our BodyBlast programs.
